The aim of the painter of the drawing can be briefed as follows. On the one hand, bad manners in public places can no longer be ignored. Over these years, the people’s living standards have greatly improved, but the development of our civilization seems to fall far behind. No matter where you live and work, bad manners are easily spotted. The stains of spitting and chewing gums have become the disaster of most public places. 美国次贷危机引起的“蝴蝶效应”已经扩展到了全球,美国、欧洲损失惨重,就连蓬勃向上的中国、俄罗斯、印度、巴西“金砖四国”也受到了很大的冲击。想起来今年夏天去拜访一位房地产大佬,他也表示自己企业要准备更多的现金过冬,等春风又绿江南岸的时候可以捡到一批便宜货。前两天和美国的朋友联系,华人朋友由于有注重储蓄的习惯,生活没有受到太大的影响,但是也普遍的节省开支,计划过冬。可见经济危机形势下每个人选择都是不一样的,大佬们想的是如何利用这个冬天发展壮大自己,普通老百姓想的是如何安全的度过这个百年一遇的经济危机。中国旅游企业界在想些什么呢?
这一段时间有很多旅游界的朋友和我联系,问我对2009年中国旅游市场的判断,根据对中国旅游业这么多年的研究,我认为“覆巢之下,焉有完卵”,中国旅游业肯定会受到较大影响,但是国内游、出境游、入境游受到的冲击是不一样的,受冲击最大的是入境游。下面作简单分析:
1、国内游会受到一定的冲击,旅游是人们满足温饱问题之后的精神需求产品,在基本生活都会受到一定影响的经济危机形势下,大家首先削减的开支就是奢侈品消费和精神文化消费,所以旅行社企业会明显的感觉到09年的市场萎缩,对国内游的影响又可以根据出游距离分为三个不同的层次:
(1)国内高端产品市场:国内游中受影响最大的是西藏、新疆这些国内的高端产品,这些产品的售价较高,客户主要是公务市场的客户,普通老百姓自费去这两个地方的较少,如果国家出台相关限制旅游会议消费的政策,那么对新疆、西藏的旅游影响会比较大,从2008年的奥运会的挤出效应也可以清楚地看到这一点;
(2)国内旅游热线市场:海南、云南、桂林、北京、华东这些热线受到的影响不象新疆西藏这样大,因为这些目的地的知名度较高,旅游接待体系已经比较成熟,旅游产品的直观价格不高,一般在1000—3000元之间,普通大众一般都能接受这种报价,工作没有受到影响,生活稳定的公务员、教师及广大的白领群体还会执行自己的旅游休闲计划,这些热点目的地无疑是他们的首选;
(3)国内短途旅游市场:经济危机形势下,国内短途游由于时间短、消费低,会成为取消长途旅游休闲计划的替代品,因此以周末游为主要表现形式的短途旅游将成为经济危机影响和中国假日制度改革的受益者,大城市周边的旅游景点和度假村2009年将依然人流如潮,靠近消费市场就成为这些地方最大的优势了。
2、出境游市场:由于人民币的持续升值和世界主要货币的相对贬值,人民币的购买力优势得到了充分的显现,经济危机虽然影响了普通人的生活,但是对于那些有能力出境的富裕阶层来说,影响相对较小,人民币的升值反而会促使他们产生去国外旅游的冲动,因此出境游受到的影响可能还略小于国内游,前提条件是国家不出台相关政策,因为公务旅游一直是出境旅游商务考察的主力军;东南亚、日本、韩国这些目的地由于产品直观价格较低,受到的影响可能会更小一点,欧洲、美国游受到的影响可能会大一点。
3、入境游市场:由于这次金融危机的波及面太大了,和1998年的东南亚金融危机不可同日而语,因此入境游市场受到的影响将是非常大的,可以预见到的是来自于欧洲、美国等发达国家地区的游客会大大减少,来自于日本、韩国、东南亚的游客也会锐减,只有来自于台湾、香港、澳门的游客不会受到太大的影响。
为了应对金融危机的影响,国家旅游局已经出台了向旅行社界退还质保金的举措,业界也纷纷采取相应措施进行应对,有朋友问这次危机和sars带来的影响哪一个更大?毫无疑问,这次金融危机对中国旅游业的冲击肯定比非典要大很多,这一次旅游市场的复苏速度也会呈现一个缓慢复苏态势,主要取决于整个中国经济和世界经济大环境的复苏态势。天佑中华,中国是这次金融危机中受到影响最小的国家之一,希望中央的经济刺激举措能够起到较好的作用,借这次金融危机实现中国经济的产业升级和整体转型,告别原来那种“高投入、高污染、高耗能、低产出”的不可持续的发展模式,着力建立覆盖中国广大群众的社会保障和医疗体系,让老百姓解除后顾之忧,敢于拿出更多的钱来进行旅游和其他精神文化消费。果真如此,那将是中华苍生之福,中国旅游界之福

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.
My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom.
